Fees

$500 per hour, to be shared equally, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Minimum Fees

Morning or afternoon half-day sessions, 3-hour minimum fee

Full day session, 6-hour minimum fee

Other Fees and Expenses

If an arbitration or mediation requires conference space, the expenses will be billed in equal shares, unless the parties make other arrangements. If travel is required, Mr. Schirle’s travel time will be billed at $300 an hour. Travel expenses may include lodging, meals, car rental or taxi, and other related expenses. Other fees and expenses will be billed equally to the parties.

Advance Deposit

An advance deposit may be required.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, we must receive email notice at least three (3) full business days prior to the scheduled session or a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the minimum fee of $1,500 will be charged and each party will be responsible for its share of the cancellation fee regardless of who cancels it. For the cancellations that incur a cancellation fee, but a subsequent rescheduling of the cancelled mediation is completed with Schirle Alternative Dispute Resolutions, LLC, a credit equal to the paid cancellation fee will be applied to the completed mediation.
